What Makes Us Different?

Affordable

OVY Camp & Event Center can be rented by the weekend (exclusive use) for the price other venues charge for just one day! 

OVY Camp & Event Center has beds for up to 129 people. There is also plenty of space for tent camping. 

We have plenty of tables and benches for you to arrange however you please. We have plenty of refrigerator space and an ice maker too. These definitely help reduce overall costs.

FlexibilE

We provide the backdrop - you choose the rest. You are not tied down to a list of caterers, photographers, or event suppliers. Upon booking OVY Camp & Event Center, you are encouraged to come back to get reacquainted and re-inspired.

Facilities Guide: OVY Camp & Event Center

  • Scheid Hall (aka the Main Hall): 200 people maximum, benches and tables included.

  • Willow Glen Lodge: 8 rooms with 3 beds in each, 24 beds total. Bathrooms and showers. Central heating and fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen.

  • Cabin Village: 12 cabins with about 9 single beds in each cabin, 105 beds total. Tent camping outside of cabins.

  • Amphitheater: Excellent for gatherings and ceremonies. Seats about 200 people.

  • Redwood Grove: Beautiful old growth redwood grove is perfect for wedding ceremonies. Capacity 200 people maximum.

  • Pool: can be rented by the hour (minimum of 2 hours). Lifeguard included.

  • Nature Areas: Extensive network of trails stretches over 100 acres of forests, creeks, and open spaces.

  • BBQ Area is located behind the Pool.

  • Limit of 2 RV’s/trailers per weekend event. There are no hook-ups.

  • Bridge to enter camp is 102” wide with a weight limit of 30 tons. Vehicles longer than 40’ are prohibited.
