OVY’s primary indoor gathering space, featuring large windows, a fireplace, tables and benches, and room for up to 200 guests. It provides a comfortable indoor option for dining, dancing, meetings, and gatherings while retaining the character of the surrounding camp.
A collection of camp cabins offering 94 beds, giving groups the option to keep guests, participants, or retreat attendees together on-site. The cabins are intentionally simple and communal—well suited to groups looking for an authentic camp experience.
A more private lodging option with 24 beds across eight rooms, plus a full kitchen, fireplace, central heating, deck, patio furniture, and hot showers. Ideal for event hosts, families, leadership teams, or guests who want additional comfort and privacy.
Grass and gravel parking areas accommodate event guests, while designated tent camping and space for up to two RVs or trailers provide additional overnight options.
VEHICLE CAPACITY: 40ft in length, 102in in wheel width (vehicles larger than this WILL get stuck on our roads)

At OVY Camp and Event Center, you are given full, and solo, access to our campgrounds for your contracted time. This allows you the flexibility and creative freedom to plan your dream event.
